Rob Field is a seasoned C-Suite executive with over 25 years of experience in roles including CEO, EVP, SVP, VP, Private Equity Operating Partner, and Board Member. He currently serves as CEO of Gulf Coast Construction Materials LLC (“GCCM”) and as a Board Member of GCCM, Blue Ammonia Holding, and Tern Industries. In these leadership capacities, Rob provides strategic vision, directs corporate operations, manages client relationships, oversees service delivery, and drives business development, product marketing, partnerships, and organizational management.

Rob possesses extensive global leadership experience across public and private sectors, with operational oversight spanning the USA, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kuwait. His core expertise includes environmental and industrial services, material processing, and client relations. Renowned for his leadership abilities, Rob excels at strategic problem-solving, acquisition negotiations, and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.
