Ray Rivers

Ray Rivers has built a distinguished career at the intersection of finance, global investment

dialogue, and community leadership, earning recognition both as a senior figure on Wall Street

and as a driving force behind Greenwich’s most celebrated civic and economic platforms. With over 30 years of experience in financial markets, he has held senior positions at leading firms

including Bear Stearns, CRT Capital Group, R.W. Pressprich, Cantor Securities, Gabelli &

Company, and most recently as Managing Director at Imperial Capital, where he specialized in

trading equity and fixed income securities, particularly in special situations and

post-reorganization equities.

In addition to his work on Wall Street, Rivers is a founding organizer and senior leader of the

Greenwich Economic Forum, where he has helped position Greenwich as a global hub for

investment dialogue and thought leadership in finance.

A graduate of Louisiana State University with a BS in Finance, Rivers is known for his expertise and leadership in institutional sales and trading, consistently bringing a wealth of industry knowledge to each role.
